The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Hā̄ Mpf̄ 'Dubarry Frivolous' Vú̄̋ch Jóńchīy Ca̋chīnḱ Gakēè Evans.

Odíhg Rāshkshàt was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Rāshkshàt is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Odíhg Rāshkshàt is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt paverstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

A look arround Odíhg Rāshkshàt reveals an abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. Cultural Notes

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Odíhg Rāshkshàt's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

In Odíhg Rāshkshàt during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.

The Almiraj near Odíhg Rāshkshàt are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Odíhg Rāshkshàt's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves creating small tokens to channel Transmutation energies of tier 2 via recitation of scripture.
